The puppy you have selected is warranted by seller to the original purchaser to be
free of any life threatening disease for 1 year. For this warranty to be in effect,
buyer must, at buyer's expense, have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian,
of buyer's choice, within 2 days of purchase. Within 1 year of purchase if buyers
veterinarian, after examination, finds any life threatening problems, buyer must
return puppy with supporting documentation, including but not limited to, lab
results, test results, ect., and all registration papers on puppy, within 1 year, to
receive credit towards another in stock puppy of the same value. In the event seller
does not have another in stock puppy to choose from, the seller will make
available at next breeding, a puppy of equal value and quality to buyer. It is further
agreed that the puppy is of pet quality for the expressed purpose of a companion
pet and there is no warranty expressed or implied as to the quality for showing or
breeding. Buyer has read and understands the limited warranty and further
acknowledges that there is no cash refund or reimbursement of any money that
that buyer may incur as owner of this puppy, including any and all veterinarian
fees. Any deposits to hold puppies is non refundable.
